Thank you for partnering with Mindful 12. This guide walks you through the rollout from beginning to end.
You'll see that your role is surprisingly simple. We've already created the emails, reminders, participant experience, and supporting materials. Your role is simply to guide your team through the experience. Everything you need is already waiting for you in your HR Portal.
Company Preview
The Company Preview is where everything begins. Invite five leaders to experience Mindful 12 together for one week.
This is the most important step in the entire rollout. When your leadership team has a meaningful experience, introducing Mindful 12 to the rest of the organization becomes natural and easy.

Before the Preview Begins
Invite your Company Preview group using the email provided in your HR Portal. As participants join, encourage them to create their account so they begin receiving communications from Mindful 12.
Before the Preview begins, Mindful 12 will introduce participants to the program and the Reset Breath.
On Monday, you'll send the kickoff email. This is an important part of the experience. It introduces mindful awareness and prepares everyone for Tuesday morning. We've found that taking a minute to read it beforehand helps participants get much more from the week ahead.
The Two Moments That Matter Most
Everything in the Company Preview is designed around two simple moments.
Begin the Day
Ask participants to listen to each five-minute Mindfulness Challenge before the workday begins.
Five minutes. One simple idea. The goal isn't to remember everything. It's simply to carry one idea into the day and notice what happens.
End the Day
At approximately 3:00 PM, send the daily reflection email and invite participants back to your private Company Preview channel.
Ask one simple question. What did you notice today? As participants share what they noticed, they often become aware of things they may have missed on their own. Those shared reflections become one of the most meaningful parts of the entire Preview.
After the Company Preview
If your leadership team decides to move forward, simply schedule your implementation call with Mindful 12. Everything you need for your employee rollout is already available in your HR Portal.
Employee Launch
The employee rollout follows the same simple process you've already experienced with your Company Preview group.
Mindful 12 automatically delivers the weekly Mindfulness Challenges, follow-up reflections, private channel, and Mindful 12 Library throughout the program.
Your role stays exactly the same. Guide your employees through a great first experience and let Mindful 12 do the rest.
