How long does each session take?

Five minutes, in the morning before the pull of the workday begins.

When are the Week 1 sessions?

Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Join by Monday and your first session arrives Tuesday at 7:01am. Join later in the week and you'll start with the next week's group. On each of those afternoons you're invited to write what you noticed in your Notes.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Mindful 12 works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen.

Who can see what I write?

Your Notes are private to you. Mindful 12 does not provide employers with your private reflections. Anything you choose to share in your company's private channel is visible to the members of that channel.

What if I miss a morning?

That's fine. You won't lose access. Each session stays open in the app once it unlocks, so you can listen later that day or whenever you're ready. Just open the most recent challenge and continue.

Can I use my personal email?

Yes. You can join with your work or personal email address. If your company invited you, use the join code from your HR team so you're in your company's private channel. Each person should have their own sign-in.

For employers and HR

How does my company offer Mindful 12?

Start with an HR Preview, then a Company Preview with five leaders, then the employee launch using the ready-made emails in your HR Portal.

What does HR need to do?

Your role is simply to guide your team through the experience. The emails, reminders and materials are already created.

What does it cost?

Through your company: every employee gets the 12-week program free, whenever they start. After that, the company pays $1 per person per month. Employees never pay.

On your own (Personal Plan): free for 14 days, then $10 a month. No card upfront.

Is there a minimum company size?

No. Mindful 12 works for teams of any size. Every company starts the same way, with an HR Preview and then a Company Preview for five leaders.
